Please help Analyze Microsoft Genuine Advantage Tool Results

Question
-
Hi--I am having trouble with my Toshiba laptop, and ran the aforementioned diagnostic tool, can someone help me interpret these results please? My laptop was repaired about a year ago and they reinstalled Windows, and now I am wondering if it can be fixed, or if I need to look at buying a new one...if I can salvage this laptop that would be ideal.
Here are the results of the report:

Unfortunately, someone installed a non-genuine Volume License copy of Windows XP Professional on your computer. I would suggest contacting Toshiba Support and request the appropriate Windows recovery disc for your specific Toshiba model PC.
However, if you actually have a HP Elite notebook PC (as your MGA Report indicates), please see: Looking for HP Recovery Discs?
P.S. Your installed copy of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 is also non-genuine. You can purchase a genuine Microsoft Office suite from the Microsoft Store.
