    I was having a lot of trouble using my credit card to pay for something using windows live, then i increased the amount of money on the card over the amount that was required, and "games for windows live" successfully made the transaction. then it deducted more money than it should have, from my account.

     

    i have two pending transactions for windows live, now. but billing.windows only has the legitimate transaction, even though my bank detail shows both. they are for different amounts. what's going on?
