Updates causing havoc RRS feed

    Hi

    I have Windows 7 and Office Home & Student.

    The latest round of Windows updates (20 in all) have caused problems - when I try to open an existing XL or Word document I get asked to re enter the Office product code - which is declined as incorrect.

    The only way I can use Word/XL is by doing system restore to a previous date.

    Any ideas how I can get round this as I don't want to miss out on security updates but do want to continue using my computer!

    I use Advanced System Care program. It downloads all of the "security holes"  very fast.

    Downloading them from Windows update is a total pain. Try this
