    Hi Guys,

     

    I've got a number of OCS 2007 Standard Edition Servers, with Live Meeting deployed to my end users for internal video conferencing and data collaboration. Now I need to allow my users to print to PDF within Live Meeting. This is currently greyed out. Now I know there is a KB article which talks about logging in as Administrator and enabling it, but I use Live Meeting internally with OCS on the back end so that KB article is not relevant. So how do I enable it, is it an OCS server setting somewhere? Or is there a reg hack on the Live Meeting client?

     

    Any help appreciated!

    This is only possible with the hosted Live Meeting service.  As an alternative you can use the Handouts feature to distribute files to the attendees.  You can access that by clicking the button to the right of the video camera in the top right.
