Not Genuine Win7

Question
-
I have an Acer Aspire desktop with win7 factory installed. Purchased in Feb. 2011. Approx. 2 wks ago I started receiving the "your windows is not a genuine copy" notification and popup. I reactivated with my windows licensing key and it accepted and said my copy was genuine but I still get the watermark and popup. I uninstalled the latest security update and the watermark has disappeared but the popup continues. I previously uninstalled the latest security update, changed update to download but let me install and the watermark reappeared a day later. Im wondering if it will reappear again as the popup is still here. The watermark says its build 7601.
I ran the diagnostic tool and here is the report. Any help would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, you still have a problem or two (highlighted)The file mismatch error is still/again present, and validation failed (which is a result of the original problem). Please check whether the file actually exists (the error implies that it does not) by using Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Windows\System32 and looking for the file.If it does not exist, you may need to either do a repair install of the operating system, or copy the file from a working system.

Your problem is that you have a file or registry corruption - see the errors highlighted above.
You may be able to fix this using the System File Checker
it will attempt to replace the broken file and any others it finds.
System File Checker - Instructions
Click on the Start button
type in the Search box
CMD.EXE
right-click on the only file that is found
Select Run as Administrator
- the Elevated Command Prompt window should pop up
At the Command prompt, type
SFC /SCANNOW
and hit the Enter key
Wait for the scan to finish - make a note of any error messages - and then reboot.
run another MGADiag report, and post the results.

System file checker could not fix errors. I ran it twice. So I restored pc back to earliest restore point I could. I had one older restore point that was a critical update and that restore point wouldn't work. Below is the new MGADiag report. I don't see a tampered file listed so hopefully this fixed it. Thanks for your help!!!

Same day, 31/2 hrs later its back again. Did the scannow, again couldnt fix errors but MGADiagnostics seem to be different. I updated a printer driver, itunes, and windows had me uninstall and reinstall flashplayer after the rollback and prev. diag just posted. Here is the new diag. Now it says invalid license.
