  • Need to send email on appointment creation. User can key in multiple email addresses at the time of appointment creation.

    How to achieve this out of the box or through custom development?

  • Who should receive appointment notification?

    In case you want to send to Required Attendees and Optional Attendees you can use workflow and standard Send Email functionality:

    In case you want to filter somehow receivers the good idea would be to develop custom workflow activity.
