        Thank you for your interest in Microsoft Fix it Center (beta).  I'm sorry to hear that. To help you solve your issue, we need find the root cause. Would please answer my several questions below?

     

        What is your OS? 

        Do you have got some error messages or error codes when fix it stop working? 

        Which one of troubleshooter you have been ran?
