Microsoft corporation send me that I winned 250.000 euros. Is it true? or a Gag?

  Hello , 

  I receved a email tells about a lottery organised by Microsoft . It tells that it selected some e-mails between milliards , and I was one ot it, So I winn 250.000 euros . To recieve it I have to send many personal informations to this e-mail :

  It tells that this JeanPaul Gautar is a bailiff.

  Is it true?
