Can we change default settings for “Notes & Activities” and “Line Items” and “Quotes”? RRS feed

    Hi.  It seems like by default, the “Notes & Activities” in any area – contact or account – is not defaulted to be automatically open, while everything else is!   Can we Notes & Actives  default to open?

    Within an Opportunity – “Line Items” and “Quotes” are by default, opened. Can we default these to NOT be open.

    You can go to the customize tab and click on Form to customize the form, then expand the Notes and activities tab from there, save and publish the changes and you will see it expanded by default.
