Microsoft Genuine Software Continues to bill me

Question
-
I received a notification that my Windows 7 Home Premium software was not genuine. I continues by purchasing a genuine copy through the Microsoft Genuine Software program, and proceeded with payment. After providing all the necessary info and paying, I received a text from my bank saying that the purchase has been made. I did not receive any confirmation e-mail on the address I provided. An hour later, I received another text saying that the same amount have been purchased again. Then, another hour passed, and the same thing happened.
I can't seem to get in touch with anybody who can assist. Please help.

Unless you have reason to believe that your installation may be non-genuine, you may have wasted your money anyhow...
To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
