Microsoft Genuine Software Continues to bill me RRS feed

  • I received a notification that my Windows 7 Home Premium software was not genuine. I continues by purchasing a genuine copy through the Microsoft Genuine Software program, and proceeded with payment. After providing all the necessary info and paying, I received a text from my bank saying that the purchase has been made. I did not receive any confirmation e-mail on the address I provided. An hour later, I received another text saying that the same amount have been purchased again. Then, another hour passed, and the same thing happened.

    I can't seem to get in touch with anybody who can assist. Please help.
