custom aspx pages not working in MS CRM 2013

Question

Hi there,
We've a customization ( CRM 2011 on-pre) in that we call custom aspx pages(which are deployed in ISV folder in CRMWeb) in an IFRAME in Account screen, so far its working fine. But when it upgraded from CRM 2011 (on-pre) to CRM 2013 (on-pre) javascript and hyperlink buttons not working.
Can anybody suggest why these are not working or any alternate ideas more helpful.
Thanks,
Kiran

Hi,
ISV folder support has been removed completely from CRM 2013 (was still working on CRM 2011 but not officially supported by Microsoft).
You need to host your aspx pages in another server/website.

If you cannot relocate your custom pages as Guido suggested, you also could consider converting them to Silverlight or HTML/JavaScript web resources so they can be contained within CRM.

hi there,
As per your suggestion I've deployed all my Custom aspx page on different server and I'm successfully able to bind in an iframe but buttons and hyperlinks are not working.
I've added all the Jscript files on CRM Server and gave same reference to the page.
Please suggest.
