CRM 2015 Email Server Side Synchronization RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have configured the server side synchronization for email functionality, using Authentication option as the Credentials Specified in Email Server Profile, given credentials of the service account which has full permission on my mail box.

    When i ran the Test and Enable Mail box, the incoming and Outgoing Status are showing as Successful.

    I get a test email and outgoing works fine, but the incoming emails are not working and below is the alert on the mailbox.

    An error occurred while getting an incoming email from Exchange Server for the mailbox . The item couldn't be found.

    For the Appointments, i get below error

    Appointments, contacts, and tasks can't be synchronized for the mailbox...  because the selected authentication method will synchronize them only when impersonation is also used. To resolve this issue, change the authentication method or change Use impersonation to Yes.

    I don't find any impersonation option in the server profile or mail box, where do i configure it?

    Any idea what is going wrong here?
