CRM 4.0 Outlook client RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I have problem with CRM Outlook Client.
    I install it. Everithing works. Ona moment when I start Outlook I start to get error ...

    There was a problem communicating with the system tray process. Close down Microsoft Outlook (and close the Microsoft.Crm.Application.Hoster process via Task Manager or the System Tray if appropriate) and restart. HR=0x80131509. Context=. Function=CAddin::HrActivateAddin. Line=427.

    Nothing helps until I reistall client.
    Then this works for couple dayes and again same error

  • check your pc event log, are there any other errors?

    Also, run the diagnostic wizard, see if it solves the problem.  Also you might want to try some of the advanced troubleshooting tools you get when you click on daignostics and go to support mode.  Such as clearing out the crm outlook temporary files.

  • Thanks fot thoughts..

    it seems that on crm forgets host URL
    after running conf visard again it starts to work.
    it is a bit uncomfortable to run conf wisard avery week but beter than nothing
