    i might be reading my actavation beta token wrong but it only has 16 characters. I don't know how to activate Onecare like this.I jus tried entering the token the way it is in to the 25-character product code page but it says incorrect. Could anybody out there mind helping me out?

    All of the activation tokens I've seen are 25 characters, formatted as five groups of five characters, each group seperated by a dash. If your activation e-mail does not have a 25 character token send an e-mail to the address provided in the sentence that begins "If for any reason you were unable to complete Activation, please send an email to............"
