little help please

  Never used Micorsoft visual studio before as i'm not a developer, at the moment im studying a computer forensics degree at university and was just wondering how to compile a set of binarys from http://www.xs4all.nl/~itsme/projects/xda/tools.html this website to enable me to use the open source tool. any help would be appreciated it tells me what i need to do on the website but i don't really understand what some of the stuff is i wonder if anybody could bust some of the jargon up for me !
