I haven't used that specific HLB, but to answer your other questions:
- Yes, you can always add the HLB later though some adjustment will be required to move from a single edge to a load balanced configuration. Take a look at the MS documentation for load balancing and edge to get the details on that (DNS and certificate sections specifically). One thing to keep in mind is that you will not want to NAT your A/V edge since you'll just have to switch back to a non-NAT configuration later.
- MS doesn't directly support any load balancer with OCS, though there are some that
vendors have tested with OCS. You just need to verify with your vendor that the HLB supports the
guidelines outlined by Microsoft for OCS R2. If you use a load balancer that does not meet these requirements and run into issues then PSS may ask that you recreate the issue(s) with a properly configured load balancer to continue receiving support.
