Where is the forum for problems with windows 2004 update

From windows 10 settings, updates, I elected to install the most recent update to version 2004.

Everything was going smoothly until the reboot where it says "working on updates" It reached 90% and has been there for more than 12 hours. The busy, rotating icon continues to rotate.

Update appears to have stalled.
