How to check if pp1 and pp2 are iinstalled RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello;

     I have an Acer H340 server, with 2 x 750 and 2 x 1 TB disks in it. I have set Automatic Updates to "" ON", and if I perform a Microsoft Update, it says the system is up to date. Meaning, no additional updates available.

    However, in the list of installed programs (via Add or Temove Programs) it does show that neither PP1 and PP2 are installed.

    Do I have to install them manually? How to check?

Answers

  • Yes, you will get PP1, PP2, and when released PP3 automatically.  You can check by logging into the console and going to Settings/Resources.

  • Hi Thymen,
    accessing the server via Remote Desktop is unsupported.
    Open the console and click Settings/Resources.
    If the version number includes 1800, its a system with Power Pack 1, 2030 has already Power Pack 2.
