I just looked at my backup configuration it said the backup size was 210 gigabytes. So I excluded a folder with videos on it and it said the backup size was now 33 gigabytes. So I ran backup. But my 1.5 Terabyte hard drive doesn't have more free space now it has less. It had 66.6 gigabytes now it has 64.5. Under
file:///K:/Windows%20OneCare%20Backup/CHARLES-VISTAPC/ there are two folders 2009 and 2009 A . 2009 is 548 gigabytes and 2009 A is 175 gigabytes. 2009 A was 172 gigabytes before the last backup. Do I need them both? Why are they so much bigger than the data I am backing up?
I'm about to run out of space. How do I clean up backup from files I don't still need?
Thanks,
Chas
