creating an automatic process

  hello all,

  I need to create an automatic process that will be activated when someone sends a mail to the CRM mailbox.

  I would like to know is there a way to know when someone sends a mail to the CRM mailbox and how after knowing that can I call a process to create a new client in the CRM.
