How to schedule my exam? (70-620) RRS feed

  • I went to the prometric website and tried to schedule the exam, but after selecting the Microsoft and clicking next, the site says:

    "We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact our webmaster."

    Am I going about scheduling correctly?  Is this Microsoft's fault, my fault, or Prometric's fault?

  • Had the same error message when trying to re-schedule an exam two nights ago.  It is a problem on Prometrics end.  Try again at a later time.  I waited until the next day and was able to re-schedule an exam.

  • It's a Prometric issue. Try after one hour; If you are still having problem please contact them over the phone http://www.prometric.com/TestTakers/ContactUs/default.htm
