We've been trying to create a workflow that alerts users if no service activity has been created against a case for a certain period of time.
I have a custom attribute that is "new_followupby" which I need to modify when a service activity is created. The new value should be time service activity created + 1 day (for example).
I am stuggling to get the new value set by the workflow.
Any suggestions on how this can be done?
