An unauthorized change was made to windows message with black screen.

this computer had just come out of the Vista security 2012 virus and after disabling it and trying to get rid of it this message appeared and I followed some steps to get to here, here is the diagnostic report.

The problem is almost certainly that you have not updated the machine to Service Pack 2. You will need to uninstall Your antivirus, install the Service pack, and then reinstall the anti-virus – see the following sticky post...
