I can not get my one care activated

It says that the product key is already in use. I just bought it and only put it on this computer. I paid $50 and can not get it to work. Tried all help topics including resetting windows ID. Nothing works. There is no live person to talk to either.

i have about the same issue as JimR1 says that i have a bad install need to reinseall netframe.2 but i need phone support to do this

Guy, if you need to reinstall net framework 2.0 there are step by step instructions here - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908077
