  • I was getting error no 502 at start up and 302 when trying to get into internet. I ended up having to download personal files to disc and rebooting my computer. I had downloaded some free games and when I tried to uninstall them these problems occured and too a reg key with them. All things are better now and I will not download anymore games. What a head ache. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yours LadyPeek

  • I had to call the microsoft people on phone after putting filles i wanted to save such as pictures and personal documents and they took me through the process of rebooting my system to original factory condition.
