Uninstall component of setup.exe

  Does VS 2005 Express allow an uninstall option to the setup.exe program when publishing?
  
  I would like to give the user the option to uninstall any previous version of my app without needing to manually run the Add/Remove Program in the Control Panel.  Is it possible to offer this option with VS 2005 Express?  My app is written in C#.
