Is my Office Genuine? one in the mistakes?

Question
-
I have checked the diagnostics and found Vista is fine but Office is not. I'm 100% sure i did not recieve a pirated copy, however to back that up i need to visit my storage shed and find the box - so thanking you for your time in checking the diagnostic results. I'd like to think that i have one of the few that Microsoft got wrong. I bought my packages from a reputable world wide retailer in Australia. Nothing in packaging or display seemed out of place.

Hello Chic99,
Thank you for visiting the Office Genuine Advantage (OGA) program forum. We understand the inconvenience you are currently experiencing. We have seen numerous issues from customers who were provided a Volume License Key (VLK) for their Microsoft Office Suites that has either been blocked by Microsoft or generated by a fake product key code generator. OGA currently provides checks for these types of product keys and prompts the user to notify them of this situation. More invalid product keys are being identified daily and OGA is constantly refreshing its database with these newly identified product keys and immediately blocks them.
Right now, your computer has a Volume License (VL) edition of Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 identified. Below is an extract taken from the MGA Diagnostic results you provided to us:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 108 Invalid VLK
Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 - 108 Invalid VLK
OGA Version: Registered, 1.7.111.0

Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-364-80041010_025D1FF3-229-80041010_025D1FF3-230-1_025D1FF3-517-80040154_025D1FF3-237-80040154_025D1FF3-238-2_025D1FF3-244-80070002_025D1FF3-258-3As a rule, VL editions should not be sold to individual consumers. Businesses, schools and governments normally use VL editions for flexibility in installing many computers. Chic99 is this a corporate computer system which you are using? If yes then please ask your systems administrator to logon to the eOpen site https://eopen.microsoft.com/EN/default.asp and confirm what your company’s assigned VLK. If this computer is not a corporate system please uninstall Office XP Professional with FrontPage. I would recommend for you to file a piracy report by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/piracy. Next please visit http://www.howtotell.com and compare your Office Media Disc against the genuine and non-genuine versions at this Microsoft site.
Thank you,
Stephen
