[Questions] Multiple VNC shortcuts to open on button click RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hey Everyone,

I have a question that is probably extremely simple. But, I cannot think of a solution to it.

I have about 40 VNC shortcuts with special parameters (height, width, username, password) at the end of each shortcut to have it log into the VNC silent server running on each of these VM's. I need a way that when I press "button1" it launches all 40 of the VNC shortcuts to the VM's.

When I first attempted this. Visual studio kept saying could not find VMW10X64001.lnk However, I made it so it would run my batch file which will launch the shortcut just fine. However, this is problematic as it allows anyone to modify my bat file and execute it (and, it has happened more often then I can count) So, I am needing a new way to launch all 40 of these VNC VM's.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Actually this forum is to discuss the VS IDE usage, would you please show us how you use the VS achieve your requirement before even if it has the problematic or certain error as you said, C# code or others?

Maybe you could share us screen shots which could help us understand this issue better.

    Best Regards,
