Unable to login to CRM 2011 including Administrator

  All existing users including administrator no longer able to login in CRM 2011. No changes were done recently in the server.

  I checked event logs for ADFS and it has two error events, 364 and 111. Im not sure what caused the issue. Can anyone shed some light on this?
