  • Hi All

    I Want ask about MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client , When I open MS Outlook it use a lot of memory ( memory usage ) . when i work on ms crm outlook client activity ( track in crm , create case , lead ) it make MS Outlook Not Responding.

    Environment :

    - windows 7 64 bit

    - MS Outlook 2007 32 bit

    - 4 Giga of RAM

    -  Dual Core Prcessor

    Memory Usage when Use MS Outlook ( Integrated with MS CRM 2011 Outlook Client )

    Any Advice For this Problem ? thanks

      Run diagnostics tool and see whether it fixes the issue or not: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd979083.aspx

      Enable Tracing and see log files for more details.

  • I can tell you that you have to overtop the reqiurements. I run crm for outlook on a 8 core machine all OS+Outlook 64bit with 16gb ram.

    I would recommend to install the 64bit office when using 64bit OS. And on 64bit you should have a minimum of 6gb RAM.. And I would also use a minimum of 2 physiscal cores

  • Install 64 bit office and the latest Update Rollup and things should get a lot better.
