I want to set up a pricing program in excel for my company.
Basically i want to be able to have a work book with the following catagories: Product Code, Description, Price.
Then when i enter a seperate book or preferably a quote template i want to just be able to key in the product code and then automatically the program brings up the description and price.
Imagine a bar code scanner in a shop, you scan the barcode and all the information ie price etc comes up, i want something like that but where i input the code.
Has anyone any advice????
