Try to Download and it says "Offline Player not installed" but it is... RRS feed

    I installed the offline player, but when I try to download course content, I keep getting the message that it is not installed. I have installed, rebooted, uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted etc. I am running XP Professional SP3.
