Static url in form header

Question
-
How to place an external url(static) in the header of the crm 2013 form?
I tried with a field(SIngle line of text with URL format) but its not static.
I want it to show the url in the header always.
How can I do this? I heard of using Iframe for this purpose? what is it and how can place it?
Thanks

you can create an html webresource containing your static link and put the webresource in the header.

yes, the warning advises of potential issues when you add webresources inside the header.
Keeping the webresource at maximum 3 columns and 1 row normally doesn't cause problems.
