  i'm getting an error message telling me that some of the components of Live one care could not be installed.  I have already tried to re-install the program, recieved the same error message. I have also gone through all of the trouble shoooting recomendations, and the "get help" re-installation process of a few files directly from the Live one care program.

   

  what should i do next? - my firewall will not turn on, even when my microsoft security firewall is turned off.
