Your installation is counterfeit - it is based on a Blocked Volume License Key for Windows XP Pro.
FOr what version and edition of Windows is your computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case??
If the COA sticker is for XP Pro, use the Product Key Update Tool to change the Key to the one on the sticker. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key
If the COA sticker is for any other edition or version of Windows you will have to performa a clean install using a legitimate copy of Windows.
