Integration of CTI with Unified service Desk RRS feed

  • Hi Experts..

    We have a requirement that Integration of Computer telephony interface with Unified service desk. can anyone tell me how to integrate and what are all the prerequisites.... How to form CTI Connector and DesktopManager.

    I would suggest a thorough knowledge on CTI mechanism first before starting the walk through or else go through this article, understand all of its components and start the walk through... You should be definetly able to get it.
