  • Hello ydenise,

Copied from the One care help files: If your service term includes a cancellation grace period (The grace period is the amount of time in which you can still renew or upgrade your service after your subscription expires or after you cancel. Some services also save certain service-specific details if you reactivate during the grace period.) , you can reactivate your service before that grace period ends. In this scenario, to reactivate your service you must contact Customer Support. After the cancellation grace period ends, the service cannot be reactivated and you will have to sign up for a new service term. If your service term is expired, you must contact Customer Support to reactivate your service.

  • If you are unable to use the renew link at https://billing.microsoft.com for your LiveID that has the expired OneCare subscription, or there is no renewal link, simply uninstall and reinstall OneCare and start a new subscription with the same or a new LiveID and pay online or use the retail key to activate the subscription.
