Switch from Qwest to Direct One Care

I have One Care.

I believe it was through Qwest DSL service. My last updates were yesterday but now it says.

Under help about Live One Care...your subscription is no longer active. I did recently stop Qwest DSL in favor of a faster internet service; however, I wish to continue One Care under my same subscription ID. (douglora@msn.com)

I have a monthly report and additional messages from OneCare with a "Renew" button but when selected

I get only this URL https://signup.msn.com/pages/ErrorPage.aspx?Errorcode=2002.

How can I renew my subscription without Qwest while preserving my update and scan/fix history?

I don't believe that you will be able to retain the history, but I'm not positive.

You need to subscribe to OneCare, not renew, since your subscription via Qwest was cancelled. The 2002 error means that there is no subscription to renew, but OneCare apparently doesn't offer a subscribe link. There is a tool for you to use to reset the subscription credentials, available from support, which may be this one:

If that doesn't work, contact support or uninstall and reinstall OneCare in order to activate a new subscription.
