regex smart matching in system settings RRS feed

  • We use the smart matching feature to track email and automatically set regarding.

    I have tested the default regex: ^[\s]*([\w]+\s?:[\s]*)+

    and it does not match an email reply regarding a case.

    If I remove RE: in the subject of the reply, it gets attached to the case as it should. Is this a bug of some sort?

    Anyone else experiencing this in CRM 2013 (online).
