Can't access to course 8814 - Chaper 2: Data Server Installation and Utilities RRS feed

    I dont know why chapter 2 - Data Server Installation and Utilities in course 8814 doesn't work. I tried different web browsers and non of them work. When I use I.E 7 browser, I lower the security setting, allow pop up window, and wondering what happening to the course NEXT and BACK arrow button. It's not clickable after the Objective page. The page  poped up a message and asked me to open the .IVN file type and I dont know what is it. I click YES to agreed and It used Microsoft Expression Media software on my computer to open that file but then when opened it, it displayed an icon. Please help. Thanks
