How to become an Exchange Admin

Question
-
Hi everyone,
First time posting, hope i'm in the right place. I'm looking to do a career change (kinda?..) and would love some suggestions or tips.
Currently I am working for GoDaddy in a pseudo role of tech support/sales. I currently sale and support with a main focus on Office 365 - setting up dns, Azure, creating accounts in admin when it doesn't work on our website, slightly teaching people how to use admin - we have everything pretty locked down being a 3rd party.
I love what I do, and I would love to do it more - currently i'm paid as a sales person, but 80% of the job is support.
What is the best course for me to make the move to being a fully qualified Exchange Admin?
I currently don't have any certifications and no degree to my name - always been is sales making a living, but want to move careers.

Hello!
There are a lot of good training materials out there, I would recommend to check out the Microsoft Virtual Academy (MVA) & LinkedIn courses, they are usually pretty good!
