Folder Redirection issue with File Server 2012

  I have Windows 2012 as File Server and DC windows 2008. I configured Folder redirection as per Microsoft said http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj649078.aspx

  The problem is GP is applied only on user added to OU but when i create group in OU and add users to that group its not applied.

  what could be issue ??
