Need a script to remove file from list of folder in a specific path

I'm in need of a script that will look thru (enumerate) all users folders for a specific path and remove a file with a specific extention like *.txt.

User1

User1\AppData\Local

   User1\AppData\Roaming\

User2

User2\AppData\Local

   User2\AppData\Roaming\

User3

User3\AppData\Local

   User3\AppData\Roaming\
