I installed SQL Server on Server A and then Installed MS CRM on Server B. So my question is do i have to install SRS on Server B so those reports can run???

You need to install the SRS on the SQL server so users can run the reports which in your example is Server A.

You can install SRS:
1. On the Server A. In this case, you also need to be installed SRS Connector (also on Sever A)
2. On Server B. Reports will work without SRS Connector.- Proposed as answer by sl_k83 Monday, June 1, 2009 4:55 AM

You'll also need to install the SRS connector and the CRM ServerLeon Tribe
