Where my completion course certificate?? RRS feed

    I start studying for the collection 6464....
    when I completed 90% the course 6480 I saw my completed course certificate and printed in out... after that I coudln't seen it anymore (the completion course certificate)...
    Also After I completed the course 6481 100% I still can't see or print the completion course certificate.. that problem since 3 days... can anybody tell me why that happened & where i can find and print my completion course certificates?????
