need scrip for PS or CMD to stop down loaded mmc services (snap ins) or a way to uninstall service pack. please help!! running 100% RRS feed

    i cant upload a pic as of now but i dont know which are standard and i almost bricked my comp accidentally disabling all. i did a clean install and the problem still exists, can anyone help me revert my snap ins to default settings?
