  • Hello,

    I have had my email address for almost 16yrs now and I have never had this issue. I am not a tech expert nor do I know how to fix anything related to computers. I just want to understand why I get this message; It's been happening since this morning only when I want to access my email, otherwise the other parts of my account is still active. I even changed my password. Please help.

    401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

    Just as Gee eer  i am also having the same problem. i tried deleting my account off my cellphone and reactivating, nothing. i tried it on a laptop, nothing its the same ERROR 401.  It's been happening since this morning only when I want to access my email, otherwise the other parts of my account is still active. I even changed my password. Please help.  i need help please, because some of my work emails go to this account.

    Sincerely sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

    This issue is caused due to server issue between 16-18 of November, but it got resolved.  May I know if your outlook email box could use properly now? If you have any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.
