CRM for Outlook 2013 Crashing RRS feed

  • Hi Everyone,

    I recently had a outlook 2010 32 bit. uninstalled it and installed outlook 2013 together with office 2013.

    Now everything works except for my CRM client.

    here is the issue when i enable CRM in outlook:

    i tried uninstalling/reinstalling and all and everything doesnt seem to work. Basically i dont know what to do anymore. Thank you

  • For fully compatibility with office 2013, you need to have Rollup 12 Or later installed. Do you have rollup 12 or later on crm server and for outlook client? Here is URL for rollup 14 for CRM 2011: Roll up 14 for CRM 2011

  • Did find a resolution for this? We are having similar issue here with a conflict between our ESET AV and CRM. The crazy thing is it works with Cached mode turned on. We have UR16 even and it made no difference.
