Exchange Server 2003 offline defragmentation error RRS feed

    I've got an error while doing the offline defragmentation on Exchange 2003 Server.

    ======================================

    Unable to find the callback library jcb.dll (or one of ths dependencies), Copy in the file and hit OK to retry, or hit Cancel t oabort.

    Operation terminate with error -2102 (JET_errCallbackNotResolved, A callback function could not be found) after 1748.0 seconds.

    ===========================================

    I've replaced the jcb.dll file from Exchange server CD but the problem still CANNOT be solved.

    Do anyone can give a hand?

    Hi There, Add the c:\program files\exchsrvr\bin directory to your path environmental variable. Right-mouse click my computer, Advanced Tab, Environmental Variables button, double-click on the Path entry in the bottom window, add c:\program files\exchsrvr\bin; to the end of the string.
