Office communicator can not make call RRS feed

  • Question

  • So i reinstalled OCS to RTM and my OC client as well.

And everything worked fine, but after like 15 minutes OC is not able to connect any calls at all.

I can not call Voice mail, external or even a OC to OC call.

And this does only aply to my user account, it works fine for everyone else but me L

So at first i tryed to just disable the Enterprise voice feaute on my account. Nothing changed.

So i deleted OCS from my account then enabled it again and restarted the OC wow it worked for like 5 minutes. Then it stoped working again. And i did this for like 3 times and the 4th time it wont start working... so

The next thing i tried was to reinstall my OC... but no changes.

So i reinstalled my whole computer and disabled OCS features and well installed OC and woho NOTHING changed.....

So the next thing i did was to delete my AD account and then it started to work for 15 min again... party time... and now its back to not working again.

But if someone else log in to my computer it works fine for them.

If i log in on another computer it works for me.

    ????

    Ok i figured it out.

If I add a LINE URI on my account e.g. tel:0855514675 it stops working and giving the above message on the client, but if I remove that and just leave it blank I can make outbound calls and everything works fine.

So after some reading and trial and error i figured that it MUST be in the E.164 format so the only thing that i got it to work with was tel:+46855514675
